First off, we would like to thank all of you for your business. We are diligently working to improve the WebConference.com service with new and improved features and with better support. In the next two months we will be highlighting those features, along with tips and tricks on how they will help you get the most out of your experience with WebConference.com.

In this newsletter we will cover the new tutorial videos along with the live streaming movies beta, which allows you to show HD YouTube Videos in your Webconference.com meeting.

Learn WebConference.com Visually

Over the last few months, we have been recording videos which present demonstrations and training on our many features. So, if you have ever wondered what the Remote Control feature is for, or what you can do with all the scheduling settings - now is the time to find out!

All of our training videos can now be found on our YouTube channel at:

In addition to what we already offer, new videos are being recorded and added all the time, so keep checking back for updates. Additionally, if you ever come across a feature that isn't covered, feel free to call us toll-free at 1-877-932-4626, and not only will we help you out immediately, but we will also make sure to add the feature to our list of upcomming tutorials.

WebConference.com Supports YouTube Hi-Def Videos!

Today, we released an update to our servers which will allow you to stream YouTube videos directly in your conferences. Additionally, we have designed this new functionality to integreate with their High Definition video format. Because of this support, you can switch the Movies Feature to Full Screen mode and there will be no loss in quality - in fact, the quality will actually increase to show the full details of the video.

To use this new feature, all you have to do is go to a YouTube video that you would like to present (whether it's a product demonstration or just a silly cats video), select the text in the address bar of your browser, then paste it into the address bar of the Movies Feature in your conference.

If you don't have a WebConference.com account and would like to test out these features, just click here to sign up for a 9-day trial period and get started today!

Sincerely,

Your WebConference.com Team
